Note that you can choose to skip the free proofing process if you need your stickers extra fast. Our designers will use their best judgement for your cutline, so feel free to leave notes if you want something specific and are requesting to skip proofing.
When reviewing your proof, take a close look at all details:
- Size: Is it correct?
- Text Layout: Does everything align the way you want?
- Colors: Do they appear as expected?

Our Production Process #
Once we receive your artwork, our Graphic Production Artists get to work—quickly! Here’s what to expect:
- Proof Creation: Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive an electronic PDF proof via email.
- Approval Process: Review the proof and request any necessary changes. We won’t send anything to print until you give the green light.
- Order Status: Track your proof and make approvals or revisions directly through your My Orders page on our website.
Reordering Made Simple #
For reorder items, you typically won’t receive a new proof. If the design was previously approved, we assume you want it printed the same way. These items are sent straight to production to save time.
Exceptions: In some cases, reorder items may still require proof approval (e.g., if there are updates to the file or special circumstances). Be sure to check your inbox and My Orders page to confirm whether approval is needed or if your order is already in production.
