Refund and Returns Policy

For custom products such as customized stickers and labels, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case where the item is not as ordered, or damaged in transit.

For erroneous order deliveries, contact us and we will ship the correct items and provide a return label as necessary.

For products damaged in shipping, contact us with images of the damage and we will replace the damaged items.

We accept exchanges for non-customized products such as library stickers.
