Kiss cut single stickers differ from die cut stickers in one way. We don’t cut all the way through the backing paper. This means that the sticker is framed by additional vinyl. This gives you space to add additional artwork, branding, information, or design elements. Kiss cut stickers are also a bit easier to peel than traditional die cut stickers.

    It depends on your use case. Kiss cut stickers are better for intricate cuts that may need the added structure of intact backing paper.     Kiss cut vs. die cut (quick guide)

    Both are custom shapes. The difference is the backing: kiss cut leaves the backing uncut (extra border, easier peeling), while die cut trims the backing to the shape of the art (no border, โ€œjust the stickerโ€). If you want maximum peel speed and edge protection, choose kiss cut. For โ€œno extra materialโ€ presentation, choose die cut.     • Add bleed & safe margins: Extend color past the cutline, and keep text/logos inside a safe zone so tiny cutting tolerances donโ€™t clip your design.
