What To Do If Thereโ€™s a Problem

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or clearly defective:

  1. Email us with your order number and a short description
  2. Include photos showing the issue (and packaging/label if shipping damage)
  3. Weโ€™ll review and respond during support hours and resolve it via reprint, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Do you offer reprints?

Yes. If there is a print, finishing, packing, or shipping error caused by our team, we offer reprints under our Quality Guarantee.

Do you ship internationally?

Not by default. We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping may be available upon request.

What counts as a defect?

A defect is a problem caused by our production or fulfillment process, such as:
Print defects (blurry output not consistent with the file, banding, smudges, missing elements)
Cut/finish defects (cut noticeably off-center into artwork, wrong size/shape, laminate defects)
Packing errors (wrong item, missing items, incorrect quantity)
Shipping errors caused by us (incorrect label/address, packaging failure causing damage)

How fast do you respond?

We respond during support hours: Mondayโ€“Friday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (U.S. time).

How long do I have to report a problem?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for quality issues so we can resolve it quickly.

How do I request a reprint or resolution?

Email contact@youstickers.com with:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Photos showing the issue (and packaging/label if shipping damage occurred)

Do you accept returns?

Because most products are custom-made, returns are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. If the issue is caused by us, we resolve it under the Quality Guarantee. If you are unsure about your order, contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve any concerns.
