    Design tips (so they look perfect when cut)

    • Keep a circular โ€œsafe zone.โ€ Leave at least 1/16โ€“1/8″ (1.5โ€“3 mm) of margin inside the cutline so text and logos donโ€™t ride the curve.
    • Add bleed. Extend backgrounds/patterns past the cutline by ~1/8″ (3 mm) to account for tiny cutting tolerances.
    • Center the hero. Circles emphasize the middleโ€”center icons and short headlines for the cleanest look.
    • QR & barcodes. Use strong contrast and avoid placing critical scan areas too close to the edge.
