Choose from standard shapes or precise die cuts

Upload your logo, drawing or photo and we’ll create a roll of labels that are precisely cut to your specifications. Our unique laser cutting technology allows us to make even the most intricate cut patterns. Our proof approval process lets you work directly with us to ensure your roll sticker labels will look exactly how you want.

Custom shaped label roll stickers

Each sticker label is printed on a premium BOPP with a matte or gloss finish. Labels on a roll are the most cost effective way to brand and promote your business or products.

Roll Stickers (Custom Labels on a Roll)

Level up your packaging with roll stickersโ€”fast to apply, cost-efficient at scale, and built for busy workflows. We print on durable BOPP film (the industry standard for product labels) with your choice of matte or gloss laminate, then wind your labels on a standard 3″ core so theyโ€™re ready for dispensers or automated applicators. Printed, cut, and shipped from our Utah facility using materials from American suppliers.

Why roll stickers?

  • Built for volume: Ideal for bottles, jars, bags, pouches, boxesโ€”apply by hand or with a labeler without slowing your line.
  • Clean, professional look: Film labels lay flat on curved surfaces and resist water, oils, and scuffs so your branding holds up on shelves and in transit.
  • Lower handling time: Rolls peel fast, keep stacks organized, and reduce waste versus loose singles.
  • Proofs included: Upload art; weโ€™ll dial in size, shape, unwind direction, and cut tolerances, then send a free online proof.

Specs & options

  • Material: White BOPP film (water- and oil-resistant); clear options available for a โ€œno-labelโ€ look with a white underprint on request
  • Finish: Matte (low glare, premium feel) or Gloss (high shine, extra pop)
  • Shapes: Rectangle, square, circle, or oval (custom shapes on request)
  • Sizes: Any size (common ranges 1โ€“4″ for most packaging)
  • Core size: 3″ core standard; tell us if your setup requires something different
  • Unwind direction: Choose top/left/right/bottom off the roll to match your dispenser or machine
  • Wind: Face-out (standard); face-in available on request
  • Gaps & perf: Standard gap between labels; perforations available for easy tear-off
  • Quantities: Optimized for mediumโ€“high volumes with price breaks as you scale

Ordering for applicator compatibility

If youโ€™re using a dispenser or machine, confirm these before approving your proof:

  1. Exact label size (width ร— height) and copy direction (how the art reads when it comes off the roll).
  2. Unwind direction (top/left/right/bottom leading edge).
  3. Core size (default 3″).
  4. Face-out or face-in wind (face-out is typical).
  5. Max outer diameter (OD) if your machine has a limit.
  6. Gap/perf preferences (e.g., perf between labels for easy hand-tear).

Weโ€™ll reflect all of this in your proof so your rolls drop straight into production.

Design tips that print (and apply) better

  • Small type & barcodes: Use high contrast and give barcodes a quiet zone; film + laminate keep codes scannable even with handling.
  • Curved surfaces: Slight radius corners help edges stay down on jars and cans.
  • Finish choice: Matte reduces glare for fine text; gloss adds pop and extra abrasion resistance.
  • Clear looks: For clear film, add white underprint beneath color areas that must stay opaque.
  • Regulatory copy: Ingredient lists, lot codes, and dates stay crisp on BOPPโ€”leave room for overprint or stamps if needed.

Common uses

  • Food & beverage: Jars, bottles, cans, growlers, cold-case items
  • Health & beauty: Serums, balms, tubs, and cartons
  • Retail & shipping: Mailers, bags, boxes, and promo seals
  • Cottage & craft brands: Farmersโ€™ market runs that scale into wholesale

How it works

  1. Upload your artwork. PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or SVG (vector or 300 dpi at print size recommended).
  2. We prep your proof. Size, shape, unwind direction, core, wind, and gaps confirmed.
  3. Approve & print. We laminate, wind to spec on a 3″ core, and ship fast from Utah.
