Kiss Cut Stickers
Get the look you love with kiss cut stickers—easy-peel singles where we cut through the sticker layer but leave the backing intact. That extra border makes application a breeze, protects delicate edges, and gives you a clean, professional handout your fans will actually keep. Printed on premium waterproof vinyl with your choice of matte or gloss laminate. Made in our Utah facility with materials from American suppliers.
Why you’ll love kiss cut
- Effortless peeling: The intact backing creates a tab-like edge, so stickers separate cleanly—great at events, mailers, and busy checkout lines.
- Protects fine details: Intricate shapes and thin letterforms are less likely to lift or bend before application.
- Merch-ready presentation: Room around the design keeps edges crisp in photos and makes it easy to add pricing or notes with a pen.
- Durable & waterproof: Vinyl + laminate for color pop and long life on bottles, laptops, helmets, and gear.
- Free online proof: Upload your art—our team builds the cutline and sends a proof for approval.

Kiss cut vs. die cut (quick guide)
Both are custom shapes. The difference is the backing: kiss cut leaves the backing uncut (extra border, easier peeling), while die cut trims the backing to the shape of the art (no border, “just the sticker”). If you want maximum peel speed and edge protection, choose kiss cut. For “no extra material” presentation, choose die cut. If you need high-volume packaging application, consider roll labels on our custom labels page.
Design tips (save time at proof)
- Add bleed & safe margins: Extend color past the cutline, and keep text/logos inside a safe zone so tiny cutting tolerances don’t clip your design.
- Mind delicate points: Very sharp angles or hairline details can lift—thicken where possible or let the border around the sticker protect them.
- Batching on sheets: If you’re producing sets, we can place multiple kiss cuts on sticker sheets for fast fulfillment.
