Use white ink where color must be solid. On transparent material, inks alone can look dull or see-throughโespecially on darker surfaces. A white underprint behind key elements restores vibrancy and legibility.
Decide what stays transparent. Want โfloatingโ edges or little windows inside your art? Leave those zones clear (no color, no white) and theyโll show through after printing. Note: most clear workflows donโt support semi-transparent gradients; choose either solid ink + white underprint, or fully clear.
