Order processing times vary by product type and quantity. Custom label and sticker orders typically have a standard production time of 4 business days after proof approval. Digital proofs are emailed within 24 hours of order placement. Production cannot begin without an approved proof. Blank labels generally ship within 1-3 business days. Our most popular materials for standard size labels will ship the same day if ordered before 1:00 PM MST and the order is under 5,000 sheets. For orders with multiple products, the entire order’s turnaround will be based on the product with the longest production time. Expedited options are available during checkout.

Inkjet Weatherproof materials are water-resistant, but the ink from inkjet printers may not be. Since the ink rests on the surface, it can be susceptible to water. Applying a top coat can protect the ink from running when exposed to moisture.
Polyester labels (PET) are durable, resisting tears, moisture, chemicals, and UV radiation, ideal for harsh environments. Vinyl labels (PVC), while also durable, are better for flexible applications as they adhere well to curved surfaces. However, vinyl may not perform as well in extreme temperatures or prolonged UV exposure.
The best label size depends on your specific needs. To determine the most suitable size, wrap a piece of paper around your product or cut it to size to gauge what will work best for your application.
For durable outdoor labels, our BOPP roll label materials are recommended as they are laminated post-printing, offering excellent protection against elements. If choosing sheet labels, our white polyester weatherproof material is suitable for outdoor applications, as it is tear-resistant and withstands high temperatures and weathering, though keep in mind it is not laminated.
