At YouStickers, we take quality seriously. Every order is produced, finished, and packed by real humans who care about the end result. And because weโ€™re printing custom productsโ€”not pulling boxed items off a shelfโ€”our guarantee is simple:

If we make a print or shipping mistake, weโ€™ll make it right with a reprint (and in some cases a refund or replacement).


What Our Quality Guarantee Covers

If your order has an issue caused by our production or packing process, we will provide a free reprint or another fair resolution. Examples include:

Print Issues (Our Error)

  • Blurry print not consistent with your file
  • Banding, streaks, or visible production lines
  • Smudges, ink transfer, or contamination
  • Missing artwork elements caused by production
  • Major color shift beyond normal print variation

Cutting & Finishing Issues (Our Error)

  • Cutline is noticeably off-center and cuts into the design
  • Wrong size or wrong shape produced
  • Finish/laminate defects caused during production

Packing & Order Issues (Our Error)

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect quantity sent

Shipping Issues Caused by Us

  • Wrong address on the label due to our mistake
  • Packaging failure that results in damage during transit

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

Because items are custom printed, the following are not considered defects:

  • Change-of-mind or no-longer-needed orders
  • Uploading the wrong file or low-resolution artwork
  • Color differences between screens (RGB) and print (CMYK)
  • Requests to change a design after production begins
  • Proof-approved orders where the printed result matches the approved proof
  • Normal, minor cutting tolerances that do not harm the design

How to Request a Reprint or Resolution

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help quickly.

Email contact@youstickers.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the problem
    • If shipping damage: include photos of the packaging and shipping label

Weโ€™ll review your request and respond as quickly as possible during support hours.


What Weโ€™ll Do to Fix It

Once we confirm the issue was caused by us, weโ€™ll choose the best resolution:

  • Free reprint (most common)
  • Replacement shipment
  • Partial or full refund (when a reprint isnโ€™t the best option)
