Thank you for choosing YouStickers. We take pride in producing high-quality custom stickers and printed products. Because most items are made to order, our policy is built around a simple promise:
If we make a print or shipping mistake, we’ll make it right.
Quality Guarantee (Reprints for Our Errors)
If your order arrives with a problem caused by our production or shipping process, we’ll offer a free reprint (and in some cases a refund or replacement), including issues like:
Print defects (blurry/low quality print, banding, major color shift, wrong size, incorrect cut, misregistration)
Order errors (wrong item shipped, wrong quantity)
Shipping issues caused by us (incorrect address on the label, packaging failure that causes damage in transit)
To request a reprint or resolution, email us within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Photos of the product (and packaging if shipping damage occurred)

Returns (Made-to-Order Items)
Because our products are custom printed, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons, including:
You no longer need the stickers
You changed your design after ordering
The wrong file was uploaded
A proof was approved and you later want changes
Minor variations that are normal in printing (slight color differences between screens and print)
If you believe there’s a defect, contact us — we’re happy to review it under our Quality Guarantee.
Refunds
If we confirm the issue was caused by us, we may issue one of the following:
Free reprint (most common)
Replacement shipment
Partial refund
Full refund (when a reprint isn’t the best solution)
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the outer box/envelope, the shipping label, and the damaged items
Email us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly
