We know plans change. Maybe you spotted a typo, want to swap an image, adjust the size, add another design, or bump your quantity up (or down). We’ll do our best to help—especially if you reach out quickly.
The most important thing to know #
Once an order has been sent to print, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Printing is a fast, production-based process, and once your job is in the queue (or already running), stopping it usually isn’t possible.
Call us at: 385-223-8109 #
If you need a change, call us right away. If a customer reaches out by phone as soon as a change is needed, we can often accommodate it as long as the order hasn’t already been sent to print.
What kinds of changes can we help with? #
Artwork changes #
Common artwork requests include:
- Replacing a file (new image, updated design, corrected typo)
- Adjusting the cutline or border
- Changing colors (within reasonable print expectations)
- Switching finishes/materials (when available)
If your order includes proofs, changes are easiest before proof approval. If you already approved a proof and then want to change the art, we may need to restart the proofing step.
Quantity changes #
Want more stickers or labels than you originally ordered? No problem—if we haven’t gone to print yet, we can usually update quantity and pricing.
Want fewer? We can sometimes adjust the quantity before production begins. After production, we typically can’t reduce quantity or issue partial refunds for completed work.
Add-ons (extra designs, extras, rush, upgrades) #
If you want to add something—like an extra design, additional rolls/sheets, an upgraded material, or rush production—reach out as soon as possible. Add-ons are often possible before print, but they can affect:
- Pricing
- Proofing time
- Turnaround time
- Shipping charges (if size/weight changes)
Can I cancel my order? #
You can request a cancellation, and we’ll confirm whether it’s possible based on your order’s production status.
- If the order has not been sent to print: we can often cancel it.
- If the order has already been sent to print: we may not be able to cancel it.
If any work has already been completed (like prepress setup, proofing, file prep, or printing), a cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.
Best way to request a change #
Phone is fastest. If you need a change, calling gives us the best chance of catching it in time—especially during business hours.
When you contact us, please have:
- Your order number
- A quick description of what you want to change
- Any updated files ready to send (if artwork is changing)
If you email instead, include “URGENT ORDER CHANGE” in the subject line and your order number in the first sentence, but keep in mind phone is still the quickest way to stop an order before it moves forward.
What happens after you request a change? #
Once we review your order’s status, we’ll let you know:
- Whether the change/cancellation is possible
- Any price difference (if applicable)
- Whether your turnaround time will change
- If you’ll need to review a new proof
Bottom line #
If you need to adjust art, quantity, shipping details, or add-ons, contact us immediately—and ideally call. If we haven’t sent your order to print yet, we can often accommodate changes. Once it’s in production, options become limited.
